Repair Draw Request

The original states that repair funds go to the borrower, not the contractor. No funds are requested or released through this test.

The archived PDF allows up to three draws, requires each requested item to be fully complete, and describes final-draw completion requirements. It also includes an authorization to deduct upcoming interim payments and past-due amounts for requests submitted on or after the 20th. None of these authorizations is executed by this sample; your specialist must confirm current conditions.

Preview only. No electronic signature or authorization is executed by this test.
